Stay for the Cakewalk!
A traditional Cakewalk will conclude each mini concert. A performer will play a Cakewalk while students or others walk in a circle. When the music stops, a number is drawn. If you are closest to that number you get a real cake and a mini fake cake box(shown 3X4 inches)! Bring your cake in a box to exchange for the cakewalk fun!

Students ages 5-18 as well as an Adult Category can enter and either play for performance trophy only or performance trophy plus qualified judging comments earning a rosette style first, second or honorable mention ribbon. Early 1900s costume will earn extra credit on the judge form. Types of performance: 1-2 pieces per registration of Solos, Duets, or Compositions of Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced levels. Arrangements and originals accepted. Performance will be recorded then commented on with video footage. Performance trophies will be given at the concert, and judge comments and ribbons will be awarded 2-4 weeks later through your teacher.
